The hotel was fairly clean and had amiable and amazingly kind staff in the reception desk. Asked for twin/double room and it was beautifully designed and airy with a nice view. The room had a mini bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and a work desk plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The location of the hotel was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a victorian pier. Set in 30 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were absolutely kind. Overall it was neat, with a private bathroom. I enjoyed that there were an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and climate control.

The location was great and perfect, for example, Parc Eduardo Vii was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was located in a good area right by the busiest tourist spots, the port, and a nice area of the city.
